- 4 medium apples, cubed
- 3 stalks of celery, thinly sliced
- ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt (or vanilla)
- ⅓ cup raisins
- ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
- In a medium bowl, combine apples, celery, raisins, and walnuts. Stir.
- Add yogurt and stir together with all ingredients.
- Chill to blend flavors or enjoy right away.
